The HTML1ncc day is supervised by Director General who has an rank equivalent to Lieutenant General. He is supported with two additional Director Generals (A and B) with two-star ranks (Major-General Rear-Admiral, Major-General or Air Vice-Marshal). Five Brigadier-level officers and other civil officials assist him. The headquarters is in Delhi. The Directorates are comprised of 17 Directorates that are located in the capital cities of the state, with an officer at the rank of a Major General from each of the three Services. Based on how big the state and the growth of the NCC across these states Directorateshave as many as 14 group headquarters within them , who manage and supervise the activities of the organization in the state. Each group is led by an officer with the rank of Brigadier or similar called Group Commander. Every NCC Group Headquarters control 5-7 units (BNs) under the command of Colonel/Lt. Col and/or equivalent. The Battalion is comprised of companies that are led by an Associate NCC Officer (ANO) with the grade of Major to Lieutenant. There are 95 Group Headquarters across the country that exercise the control of a network comprising six hundred and seventy-six Army Wing Units (including girls and technical units), 60 Naval Wing Units, and the 61 air squadrons. There are two schools for training, that are named Officers Training School, Kamptee (Nagpur, Maharashtra) and Women Officers Training School, Gwalior.

ASSOCIATE NCC OFFICER (ANO)

ANO is a crucial connection within the NCC structure between the cadets and the battalion. In reality, ANO is the feeder node of the NCC because he or she is the person who is in constant communication with the students all through all of the time. TIME of SELECTION : July/August month of each year.

ENROLMENT of STUDENTS as NCC CADETS:

1. Eligibility Conditions
   • Citizen of India.
   • Bearing good moral character.
   • In a school.
   • Conforms to the medical standards prescribed by the doctor.
   • Age-Senior Division/Wing (Boys/Girls) Age Senior Division/Wing (Boys/Girls) 15-23 years old.
   • The Enrolment Time for Senior Divisions/Wings (Boys/Girls) 3 years. three years.
2. Physical exam: This is first step in the selection process. It involves chin-up, run and sit-ups, among others.
3. Tests written and interview.
4. Application for Enrolment.
5. Students who wish to be admitted to the Senior Division shall apply to the ANOor Officer Commanding the closest NCC Unit.
6. Medical Examination.

1. Class 10th and 12th marks sheet.
2. Certificate of the Blood Group.
3. Aadhar Card photocopy.
4. Cadet/Guardian's Bank account details photocopy.
5. Receipts for college admission fees.
6. 04 Passport size photo of civil uniform.

TRAINING PERIOD

The total duration of training in the case of SD as well as SW is 3 years , with the possibility of extending it by one year in exceptional circumstances. Each cadet must undergo training in service for a duration that is at least four hours per week throughout the course of their training. But, there is no training conducted during times that the school or college in which a cadet is in the duration of a holiday. Each cadet has completed service-related training for a minimum of 75% of the total hours of the college's annual. Each cadet who has completed a full year of education and is currently at the end of the second year of his (second year) is required to attend an annual camp for training of 9-10 days in order to fulfill the requirements for passing the certificate exam.
